Because our coffee is perishable, we can’t accept returns unless your package arrives damaged. In that case, reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Please note: Express shipping (like Next Day or 2nd Day Air) is non-refundable unless the issue was on our end. Standard ground shipping may be refunded if your item was damaged due to shipping errors.
